Asus EAH6670 Replacement Fan

The fan on my EAH6670 has been intermittently making loud noises which is becoming more frequent. I'm guessing it could be the bearing so I want to replace it. Unfortunately I can't seem to find a replacement fan. The closest one I found is this

but this is three screws as opposed to mine which has four. Does anyone know of any other options? Thanks.

You could purchase an aftermarket cooler for it. Im not sure if you your card was designed around the reference PCB. This cooler should work for you reference or not. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835118072
