Asus EAH6670 Replacement Fan

The fan on my EAH6670 has been intermittently making loud noises which is becoming more frequent. I'm guessing it could be the bearing so I want to replace it. Unfortunately I can't seem to find a replacement fan. The closest one I found is this

but this is three screws as opposed to mine which has four. Does anyone know of any other options? Thanks.
