Which one.. asus for $290 or PC for $295. Asus is not the top version it comes stock clocks. PC comes factory OC. Warranties seem similar. The asus does not vent outside the case at all. The PC seems to vent half in half out the case. Based on reviews they seem about the same cooling wise.

Opinions?
 
If you're overclocking get the Asus, if you're leaving it as is get the Powercolor. Another thing to consider is the Powercolor is longer than the reference 5850 and has the power connectors on the end, making it extra long. The Asus has voltage control, and should let you OC higher. Both their coolers don't really exhaust air out the back.
 
FaRK what does the BBATI stand for in your setup if you don't mind me asking.
