I am so glad that I only had one Asus component in my pc. Thats mostly due to their notoriously shitty customer service. Ever time that I've ever dealt with Asus support its been a hassle. Their tech support doesn't know shit so its not worth the hassle to try and report issues. Their rma support is god awful. Their website isn't very well planned out. I couldn't figure out how to start an rma request on their website. I actually had to google "asus rma".

My main issue right now is that after almost three weeks I still haven't gotten a response to my rma request. I did just get a response to my email asking what the deal was. Although it wasn't at all helpful.

That company does a good job earning that reputation.

Oh, whenever I see someone bashing asus I love to post this tech support evaluation.

I had a TF101 android tablet in RMA twice for over 2 months total. I Sent it out, got it back 3 weeks later, turned it on and sent it right back out that day. It literally came back worse than I sent it to them originally.
