Has anyone here heard anything negative about this board? ASUS A8N-SLI Premium Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 SLI ATX AMD Motherboard
I am getting ready to start a new build, and would like to use this board.
 
i have two of them so i guess my opinion is they're pretty good boards :)
 
700+ ratings on newegg with the average being 5 eggs. seems decent to me.

I have had a lot of trouble with nvidia based boards when running linux before (including my current one!) but with some work they were resolvable. But if you arnt using linux dont worry about that one.
 
2 hours ago I would have told you to avoid them like the plague.

Now that I have my 4th RMA board back (it was the seller's fault for sending me broken boards to begin with, but that's another story alltogether) and it works flawlessly, I'd fullheartedly recommend it.

AND FYI, this belongs in the motherboards thread, not the case modding thread ;)
