Does it have Overdrive program capabilities? My roommate left his 9800XT when he got kicked out of my college dorm. And I took it. It's a nice looking card, quite heavy. Can it tell me temperatures? With Overdrive?

Yes, it will work with overdrive, but overdrive is way to conservative, think it has a max clock of 419 up from 412 and you can monitor the temps on that card. I would use ATi Tool or RivaTuner to overclock the card further. My Pro flashed to XT does 440/395 with the stock XT cooler using ATI Tool.

Not to say anyone is wrong, but as I own one of these cards do this to overclock.Go to ASUS web site and download the new smartdoctor and the new enhanced driver for that card and you can check temps and overclock it.ASUS ATI cards are a little different than other ATI cards and will not overclock correctly without these 2 programs.Buy the way ASUS calls it hyperdrive for overclocking, but check out all settings in smartdoctor and you will learn to set the card for your computer correctly. Also I found cat 4.12 drivers at ATI site seem to work well for this card.
