Asus AN85x problem?

Video Card: Powercolor X1900XT
Mobo: Asus AN85X
PSU: Fortron AX500-A
RAM: Corsair 2x 512 DDR 400
Prossesor: AMD Athlon 64 3200+

I have just recently got a new 1900xt, after I sent back my 7800gtx. But now it's not displaying anything. I changed the psu (which is pcie compatible), and nothing. I see that a red led on the 1900xt is going on near the 6 pin power connector (I was told this indicates that the 6 pin pcie power adapter isn't plug in, but I'm not sure how true that is). Knowing that the PSU works and I can hear the video card going on. I'm not sure what the problem is, could it be the mobo, processor, or the video card? It's kind of frustrating because my system worked with the 7800gtx until one day it just stopped dispalying anything, I thought it was the video card so I sent it back, but that may not have been the problem since it's doing the same thing with this new video card. Any thoughts?
