ASUS AI Suite II - black rectangle on monitor

When ASUS' AI Suite II is running there is a small black rectangle on my screen that I can't move or interact with in any way. As soon as I close AI Suite it goes away.

The rectangle has 2 small arrows in the bottom, right corner that are barely visible.

Anyone know what to do with this?
 
i have the exact same issue. sometimes its a small one, (2"X1") on one monitor, sometimes its a huge one on my other monitor.
the only way i found to stop it, is to close the program and reopen it if needed
