Asus A8R-MVP Probs

I just got my mobo, paired it with a A64 3200+, 1 GB of Corsair Value RAM and a BBA X1800XT. I'm having problems starting the mobo with 2 sticks of RAM. WTF is going on? I put the RAM in the 2 blue slots, supposed to be for dual channel. Anyone care to lend any ideas?

I removed one of the RAM sticks, boots up great. Stick in the second, nuttin. I ran MemTest, everything checks out. I'll prolly buy new sticks of RAM, 2GB dual channel. Any suggestions? If the new RAM doesnt work, then I'll probably RMA the board.
