Recently upgraded to the above card, and have had no issues with it - but when bordom struck yesterday afternoon I thought it would be a good idea to swap the HS/fan out for the Zalman ZM80A-HP I've had lying around for quite some time.
Installation went fine, and the temperature isn't too much higher than before. However when I swapped the HS's back over the fans only run approx 70% of the time ( it is either running fine or stops completely ) verified by sight with the side of my case off.

Has anyone experienced similar problems with this ? or can they recommend a substitute unit, such as the Artic VGA silencer just to whack on and see if it works correctly.
