I run my P5B Deluxe every day at a FSB of 450 MHz (1800FSB) and others run theirs 24/7 at 2000FSB.
Asus has just confirmed the obvious by giving us official support for the new 1333FSB chips (E6550, E6750 and E6850) that run at a FSB of 333 MHz x 4. The new P35 is a great chipset but the P965 chipset wasn't so bad and there's no point in upgrading the board if you don't have to.
