Assign CPU affinity automatically

Does anyone still use, or stil remember the names of any of the CPU affinity setting apps that we used to use? I'm running -smp 6 on my i7 920, but I'm also running Handbrake, and I want to automatically set the affinity of all handbrakecli.exe processes to only threads 0+1 so that it doesn't strangle the SMP client.
