Asrock z97 E-ITX Question

Going tomorrow to get my system, and wnted to know which memory would be more compatible and also opinions about my choices.

First set, Crucial Memory.

Both should be compatible but I would not get those PNY as they are rated at 1.65v. I would rather get this kit as it is rated at 1.5v and with the same CAS latency.
