I just set up a new system using the ASRock Z68 Pro3-M motherboard. It will power on and all fans spin. I've got the speaker connected. After power on I do not hear any beep codes and nothing displays on screen. I am assuming it is not booting.

Things I've tried:
Use different power supply
Use different monitor
Use different monitor cable
Use different video card
Removed CPU to confirm correct installation
Removed one of the memory sticks
Used VGA and DVI

Any suggestions would be appreciated. First time I've had any issue building a PC.

I just returned one to Microcenters, It was working fine I put it in to a new case an it was dead to the world. Tried all the things you tried still nothing. Installed replacement it booted right up an is just fine now.

You can remove all the memory sticks and listed for error code beeps. In fact, remove everything except the cpu and see if you get any beeps. That will get you started. Other possibility is the proc is bad. Try it in another board.
