ASRock, any good ?

I've never used this brand, and it's the only one available as a replacement in an older system. Decent, or junk ?
 
Which specific board are you getting? They're OK boards, but don't expect much from them (like overclocking).
 
ASRock P4i65GV, no o-clocking required, it's just a net/mp3/burning box ofr the gf
 
I can't think of one junk board that can't hold up to those strenuous tasks.
 
I'm actually using an Asrock board in one of my servers (X2 3800+ system). Current uptime is over a year running Win2k3. I have had no issues using Asrock K7 boards in systems I built for clients and family either.

Fun part of Asrock is that they also offer lots of crazy upgrade and other options on some of their boards (K7 to socket 939 upgrade, and a DisplayPort/HDMI expansion card on an AM2+ board).
