asrock 939 boot problems please help

I have just done a full wc system. tdx cpu block, swiftech gpu, hwlabs 240 rad, rez whole 9 yards. After i went through shortening power cables as needed trying to be really clean I go to boot the system and it checks mem says ok then at lower right corner i get 0075 and it freezes. plenty of water in the loop. cpu block is secure as tight as i can go without bowing the mb too much... Not sure what it can be? any suggestions... im running 2 dvd drives, 1 raptor 74gig, 1 baricuda both sata. 4x512 pc3200 ram, x1900xtx and 939 4200+ x2. it doesnt even try to boot up the hds or cds. just freezes. bios is 2.02 asrock bios version... everything ran great before the build. the power supply is a modstream ocz 520watt modular.

try putting in one stick of ram and booting like that....
