I am trying to find a low cost intel 775 motherboard to pair with a spare P4 2.8G (533MHz FSB, unlocked:14-21)and may later upgrade to future low cost INTEL dual-core CPU. I have done search over internet recently, decided this probably the more suitable one.
Pros:
* low cost: CAD$65.99 @ local store.
* INTEL 865 chipset, fast and stable,
* Support Dual Channel Memory
* supporting almost intel P4 775 CPUs
Cons:
* No PCI-E support (but I have a ATI X800 AGP board with my current system, which I'll keep)
* Only 2 memory slot, 2GB Max
* Never owned Asrock board before
* No CPU Vcore, memory voltage adjustment in the BIOS (but my current P4 2.8G CPU can be overclocked to above 3.3G without any voltage adjustment)

I found some other motherboards with VIA 880 chipset(ex. Asus P5VD1-X) with better spec: 4 memory slots, supporting both AGP and PCIE, but I do not trust VIA chipsets...

My question, has anyone used this motherboard? Should I turn to motherboard with VIA chipset?

Thanks in advance.

Edit: I just realized this mobo had the "AGI" not AGP interface, in the support list, it did not mention my ATI X800 AGP board at all. Is it supported?
