Semi random but when I needed to send an email out to Aspire yesterday about my Q-Pack front panel not showing the temperatures anymore, I ended up at this page. http://aspireusa.net/index.html I didn't know that they had changed their name, but I wanted someone to confirm that this is true and not some sort of scam. (Paranoid) Also when I recieved my response today, the tone was very informal, but the address it was sent from matches with this Aspire and Apevia thing. Any thoughts regarding the issue, or do I get the go-ahead to email back with my shipping info?

send me your shipping address and I'll send you a new one

Freddie

Hello, I bought a Q-Pack and all of a sudden my temperature sensors dont work anymore. Nothing changed with the case, and all the connections are correct. Do I need to send it back for replacement? Thanks in advance.

Alright, I sent my shipping address so that should work out. Hopefully I didn't shoot myself in the foot when I questioned how informal the email was. He said I could send my receipt, temp sensor, and copy of the email. I don't have a receipt since I bought it off the forum. Any thoughts?

you won't get a replacement since it is not under warranty. I suggest you ask to pay for one.
