I want to buy a reputable PSU with more than 400w, dual 12V, W/ SATA, W/PCI Express connector, budget is below $70,

Please give me some suggestions.

I found 3 models:

1, Sparkle Power FSP400-60PNU-B 400 W

But no PCI Express connector, is this connector important?
