I have been planning a build in the coming months and I found out that I am moving to South Korea soon. I am hoping somebody can tell me about the availability and cost of computer components, online or otherwise. Thanks.
 
You should be able to find some there. Parts are pretty much universal. Make a friend that speaks Korean and have him/her take you to the local electronics shopping area. Prices will be close +/- a few %.
