Artificating Geforce2 GTS - Need Bios Underclock Help

Well my old lame Hercules Geforce 2 GTS 64mb is now artificating in windows and also in games. (at default clock speed). BTW i've never overclocked it. It's about 4 years old ehhe

I'd like to save the original bios from my 3D Card then edit that bios to change the default clockspeed of gpu/ram a little bit lower.

What tools do I need exactly?
 
just use riva tuner and lower the speeds manualy then save your settings

has the fan died on the core?
 
yea but I would like to bios underclock it permanently.
I think I found out how. I'm going to save my original bios with nVflash441.EXE then with X_BIOS i'll edit it with my custom GPU/RAM Clockspeed

Nope the fan is still alive ehe
 
I cleaned the dust outta the heatsink/fan of the GPU then I used RivaTuner to underclock by 10mhz the core and memory.

no more artifacts :)
so i'll make it permanent by modifying the default clockspeed
