I flashed my sapphire x1800xt to the new oc bios and it seemed pretty stable, but sometimes after a while I get artifacts all over the screen. My question is can better cooling keep these artifacts from coming back if I have the card flashed to the new bios. The artifacts only come in after a while of playing a game. temps are about 79-80 load
 
Isn't this like the 3rd time youv'e asked this? Just follow what the posters in the other threads have said. Remember not all cards can handle the PE bios flash. Do you have a first revision card? If so I would not use the PE bios at all, just use the overdrive feature of CCC...
