Well my computer started artifacing so i went through the time to pack up my video card for rma. and have been using the laptop well i plug into my on board card and the artifacting is worse what do i do?

There could be several issues

1. overheating
2. not enough power
3. latent manufacturing defect now showing up

If your warranty is still good and you can't fix it otherwise, now might be the time to RMA it. If you are overclocking the video card, stepping back the intensity/speeds of the OC might also solve your artifacting issues.

1.Open Case
2.Aim a Huge Home Fan next to case
3.Turn Fan to High
4.Play Game

Does it artifact less or the same or none?

If it still artifacts like normal, like smoke said, not enough power or a defect.

The only experiences I had with artifacts is when its too hot.

Or when I extreme OCed it 24/7 and the damage is done, I would still incur these artifacts on stock speeds.
