Artifacting but not overheating?

Turned on my computer after I got home from work and hopped on WoW for a couple minutes and I started seeing green dots everywhere. My card is a X1900XT 512mb that's not even a year old yet and the green dots are still continuing. It's not majorly yet but it is highly noticeable, the fan on the card is still going and its around 50c idle in ATI CCC.. so what's up? Is it just on its last legs? I upgraded to the latest drivers and still didn't fix it.
