I ve been doing some reading and alot of people say put artic silver on your cpu but use ceramic on your nb and sb watercooling because if you bridge artic silver its bad. Is this trus should i use ceramic on the chipset and artic silver onthe cpu?

If you trust yourself to not screw up the application at all, then use silver.

personally I'm a bit of a klutz so i use ceramic :p:p

You could sure use Ceramique on the CPU.... it's non-conductive, so like Dozer said, it's safer to use. I think performance is pretty close with either one.

Personally, I like Arctic Cooling MX-2. It's supposed to perform better than AS5 and is non-conductive as well. I didn't realize this last part until after I used it on my mosfets and made a small mistake. after pulling my hair out worrying that I might have missed some while cleaning it up, I looked it up on-line and found out that I didn't have anything to worry about.
