Artic Freezer 7 Noise

I installed an artic freezer 7 about 3-4 weeks ago and everything seemed to be fine until yesterday. When I turned my system on yesterday the fan was amazingly loud and sounded like it was grinding.. although I checked and it wasn't hitting any wires or anything. After a couple of minutes the noise completely went away, and I even rebooted a few times and it didn't happen again. Just now when I got home I booted the system and this noise was present for a few minutes.

Is this fan already on it's way out?
