Arrgh so confused picking a LCD...Help!

I know this thread has been made 100 times already but now I can understand why after trying to sift through all the posts

Can anyone suggest a LCD 19-20" wide or regular screen. for under $450

This will be for gaming and web brousing. Must use DVI, have an adjustable stand for height does not need to rotate.

So many choices and ive gone through 10 pages of threads and everyone has different choices/opinions.
