Hello all. Well, up until today I've been operating on a nice Raid0 setup: Two SATA Seagate 7200.7 160gb 8mb cache controlled by a Promise FastTrak TX2. I was playing BF2, get a BSOD I could read that was something like "fault in non paged area" and then boom. Reboot. My raid controller tells me that the array is offline. Going into the controller's bios/setup, it tells me that one of my drives appears go be fine, but the other is either malfunctioning or disconnected, therefore the array is offline. I can't seem to redesignate the offline drive, nor can I use the repair array function (says its not available).
Do I need to delete the array and redefine it to work again, provided one of my drives isn't dead? I did something like this before on the phone with a tech from Promise, but it was awhile ago. After the procedure everything booted normally and no data was lost. I'd like to do this again if possible, but I am heasitent as I fear the wrong move will build the array not as it was before and all will be lost.
Thanks for your help.
