arrange icons apple style?

any software that makes the icons appear on the right side of the screen, instead of left side? (like in a mac)

If you're looking for actual Mac-esque icons, then you're not being specific enough.

I think he wants the icons to be on the top right corner when you arrange them by name and so forth...in which case, no you cannot.
