arg, stupid temperature

lets see i have p4 3.2ghz (540) cpu and it's load temp is 61°-62°. before, my intake fan wouldn't allow the temp to go above 60°, even during 100% load. now i've installed new fans, aero cool 120mm and removed the intake one and put back in the stock pwm controlled one, but its going over 60. i've recently done a clear hdd like last month and i dont remember temps going this high.

so, should i be worried? idle temp varies, usually <55°.

idk when t is whole thing started either :(

hs is a btx hs.

Those temps aren't that bad, I wouldn't worry. If you want lower temps, you could go for an aftermarket HSF.
 
Your temps are fine for a 540, you can go well over 70 C (load) without problems.
 
ah ok thanks guys. i'm going to dust off the heatsink to see if that would make a diffence.

hmmmm new hsf? hehe
