Areca Raid 6 - After failed disk array doesnt show in windows

Hi,

I recently had an issue where I moved an old array (raid 6 8x2tb drives) and installed a new array (raid 6 6x4tb drives)
as I was half asleep I accidentely left one of the 2tb drive plugged into the new array instead of a 4tb. The drive showed up as failed.

When I realised what I did I plugged in the correct drive and repaired the array.

Now the Raidset and Volume set show up as normal but I cant see it in windows. :(

Ive tried rebooting and repairing (rescuing) through the web browser but no joy and Im starting to get more than a little worried.

Any help would be muchly appreciated
