Areca ARC-1231ML RAID Controller availability?

Has anyone seen these cards in stock anywhere?

I'm after the ARC-1231ML in particular but I haven't seen _any_ of the cards with Intel IOP341 processors at all...

Anyone seen them? Anyone running them? :)

(12/16/24-port PCIe to SATA ll RAID Adapters)

Nobody has any experience with this controller?

I've never heard of these guys and their site seems a little flaky. Hmm...

Buy.com list it as In Stock but for $852.99:

Any advice from anyone? How much more performance over an Areca ARC-1220 could I expect to gain?

If anyone's seen any cheaper prices, I would definitely be greatful! :)
