So I'm sure I'm doing something totally stupid and its just been too long, but I'm rearranging all of my RAID arrays to rebuild into an ESXi box, and I'm having trouble. I've created removed and recreated a new volume on my 1880i, but I can't seem to get Windows to see it. What stupid thing am I missing?

If you create the new array as 0/1/0 (Channel/ID/LUN) does the array populate? Is this windows instance running on the bare metal or is it running in a VM?

can i change it over to 0/1/0 somehow? or do i have to completely re-create it? the windows instance is installed directly on the server, not a VM.
