use the storport ones:

(storport should be a bit faster than scsiport as well)

I had this same issue but finally found the right drivers on the areca ftp site.. I had to dig around a bit though..

I'm using the SCSI port drivers. Can I switch to storport without data loss? How?

(I have an Areca 1220)

I migrated from scsiport to storport last night without any issues... on a 1200 though.. I just downloaded the new drivers, went to device manager, selected the arc-1200 and went to the drivers tab and did an update, then browsed to the location of the unzipped new drivers.. one reboot later things were running on the new drivers.. seemed like a very smooth transition.
