Are two wire temp sensors universal?

If so, where do I get another one? The temp sensor for the CPU that came with my coolermaster aquagate become delaminated and has malfunctioned. Three emails to coolermaster support and parts have not been returned. I know I'll never buy another coolermaster product again based on non-existent customer service, but in order to keep this product going, I'd like a new part.

Where would I find one?

Did you find a solution for this? I have the same problem with my unit.
 
no they are not universal the device needs to be calibrated depending on the curve of the sensor.
 
I've contacted coolermaster about it and asked that a new sensor be sent, they said ok. After not receiving one for months I called back and was told that if/when they got the parts in they'd sent me one. Given that this was discontinued long ago, i doubt they care at all. They didn't seem to care much when I spoke with them.

I'm just going to get a big heatpipe cooler and say screw the cheap wc setup.
