Are these worthwhile upgrades?

These are some upgrades I plan to make soon. Are these worthwhile (take into consider my current cooling solution), and should I change anything else?

Radeon 9600XT -----> BFG 6800NU OC
Athlon XP 2500+ (locked) -----> Mobile 2600

I'm selling the 9600XT for $130, and I will only upgrade the cpu if I can sell it. What do u think? (note: I cannot afford the 6800GT).

Theres are my current specs:

Zalman CNPS7000A-AlCu w/Arctic Silver 5 (44c idle, 49c load)
Abit NF7-S rev2.0 BIOS D22 Alpha 1 BK Turbo
Athlon XP 2500+ (locked) @ 210x11 (2311 mhz) @ 1.8 volts
2x512mb Corsair XMS PC3200c2 @ 2-2-3-11 @ 2.9 volts
BBA Radeon 9600XT 128mb @ OVERDRIVE
120GB Western Digitial ata100/8mb HDD

Have you tried running your CPU at 200FSB? That would effectively give you a 3200+... Almost all 2500+ Bartons will run w/ a 200FSB...

The only reason to go w/ a mobile CPU would be for MUCH higher overclocks, if your not overclocking there really is no reason to replace the CPU...

After reading it though there is really no reason at all to replace your CPU....

Video card, sure, but I'd save my money on the processor and wait until I could afford an Athlon64.
