Are these things worth it?

it depends soem people see temp differences some people dont...to em they are a waste of space and are noisy.
 
i wouldn't be able to tell u, i oredered it, hooked it up to one of my molex ocnnectors, turned on comp went on for a milisecond then turned off immediately. tried multiple molex same shit. was not the pwoer uspply becaus ei tried disconnecting/connecting devices. took it out altogether and everything worked fine. get yourself an artic silencer
 
Seems like all it'd do is recirculate hot air... Maybe if it sit perpendicular to the card instead of parallel (like the first type of these fan brackers I remember seeing years ago).

If you want to try then do this:

Get 2-80mm fans, 5 minute epoxy them together, attach them to a slot cover....yay..all done and probly cheaper then ordering it online...
