Are these Temps okay?

i dunno when 38c wouldn't be ok... honestly. system is fine too.

Is that full load or idle? If its full load its completely fine, and if its at idle, its still not too bad.
 
If it's idle they are okay, if it's full load, they are damn impressive.
 
I hardly ever see system temp > cpu temp. Do you have good case cooling?
 
the case and pwm are a little warm for my taste my temps are closer together your system temp is pretty warm if you get it lower the cpu will go lower also because the air around the heatsink is cooler
my temps are as fallows
