Well maybe you should look into a little upgraded cooling solution.
As for your chipset voltage, I have no idea as the pic you have supplied is incredibly small and blurry and I could barely read your temps as it was.

Ahhhh I can see clearly now the rain is gone.....errr was that out loud? 
I believe its red because its undervolted. I am not sure what board or chipset you're using but if its an nforce 4 board the chipset voltage should be 1.5 I do believe.
Go into your bios and make sure its on Auto or manually set it to 1.5 if thats not an option.
Also what power supply are you using? Your other rails look a little low as well.....
