I am Building a router and I wasn't sure if these parts are compatible.

Gigabyte GA-F2A68HM-H Micro ATX FM2+ Motherboard

I was just a bit worried that the drivers might not work with the chipset? I am not a pc wizard... I know allot about pc's and how to use them (more than the average user) but I just wasn't sure.

It will work fine. The drivers are written for the operating system. Not the chipset. I have used Intel cards in a wide gamut of machines. They are easily some of the industries most compatible cards you will have ever come across.
