Are these heatsinks worthwhile? Suggestions for better?

Right now I'm looking at two things for properly OCing my video card.

I need a HSF for the GPU obviously since that crappy little thing that came on it is practically useless. For this, I'm thinking about the Vantec Iceberq 4 (CCB-A4C) which looks pretty good from what I've seen so far. The kit is about $13 on newegg, so I can reasonably achieve that. Also, it comes with 4 heatsinks for the ram chips, but that does me no good since I have 8 chips. I was looking at seperate heatsinks and I only found one or two things that even piqued my interest.

So, for the heatsinks, I'm thinking about getting the Thermaltake G4-VGA CoolMOD kit. Obviously the GPU HSF in that kit is useless to me since it only fits a GF4 Ti, though maybe I could save it to use on someone else's card or something, but the heatsinks included are copper and are big so might have a chance of better cooling presumably. This is also about $13. That's $26, which is a bit more than I generally have at a time, but I can reasonably achieve it.

Any comments or suggestions? If there's anything I'd love to know, but probably I can't afford to spend too much more right now (just spend over $300 on books alone, and that's including the mere $15 that they gave me when I sold back the only one from the previous term they would take.) I think most important of all to me would be the ram. The GPU has a crappy little heatsink, but, still, I've added maybe roughly 130MHz just to the stock value despite that, yet the ram only went up 20... I do have a tad bit of leeway on the price if necessary though.
