That's pretty much the normal price for HD201s.

For the money, they're not bad, but they're often described as being far too bright and too low-sensitivity (the sound is off and they should really be on more amplification than most sound cards give). If you want to give someone headphones and want to spend about $20, it's not a bad option. If you were getting them for yourself, I'd suggest saving up a bit more first.
