Are these DIMMs the same?

The $117 one is Corsair C2, with 2-3-3-6 timings.

The more expensive one is Corsair Low Latency, with 2-3-2-6 timings.

So it's just a matter of slightly lower timings.
 
I guess #2 just has faster timing, right? I allready have one 512 stick of the lower latency stuff and need another. Should I stick with the same exact model, or could I use another brand of something comparable? That ram went up $50 since I bought it.
