Are there Any Socket 940 SFF's?

Well, technically, the Iwill ZMAX-DP, which supports two Opteron processors, can probably support your FX. You should check with Iwill before buying, but it's a great SFF system.
 
It's a bargain for what you get.

And besides, if you can afford an FX-51, you can probably afford this.
