I am considering it and would like to know if there are any known problems with it? I think it would be a better choice for me over the A8N-SLI Premium as I do not need the additional 4 SATA ports, SLI, and the extra LAN port.

I just built an x2 3800 system with the a8n-e and really liked it. I couldn't get it to overclock that high, but it was very stable. Just don't load the nvidia ide drivers...the ms ones will work fine.
