Are the Shader Clocks linked to GPU 8800Gts

To make this short ,ive read that the shader clock can be raised via a bios flash, but with out flashing it could( not )be raised...Then ive also read that when you raise your Gpu clock ,the shader clock will increase with the Gpu clock ,...Is this true or can you only flash it? Cuz i know nTune and Rivatuner and ATitool only have Gpu clock and Mem clock adjustments.....Im just curiouse if the shader is increasd when The Gpu is ...Thanx

yep, shader clocks are locked to the core clock, and increase about 2x mhz which each 1 mhz core overclock.
