Are separate loops worth it?

I probably won't drop this kind of money into cooling a computer but I'm new to watercooling and curious.

Would having GPU(s) on a separate loop from the CPU increase cooling effectiveness considerably more than just having two radiators in a single complex loop? In other words, is the cost of another res and pump justified?

Let me ask this question a second way:
From a thermodynamic perspective, the amount of heat dissipated by the radiators would be similar regardless of separating the loops, and an additional pump adds more heat into the system. Would a single pump be sufficient for a large loop with two radiators, or would the increased flow of two pumps overcome the added heat?

would you get better cooling performance? Yes, definatly.

What would the temp delta be? my est 2-5 C at most

Worth the money?? I dont think so
