Just wondering if any watercooling experts could give me some advice please :

I have a 5820k OC'd to 4375Mhz.
Motherboard is an Asus X-99A.
Cooling is a Corsair H100

All of this is a Scan 3XS X99 Carbon System overclocked by Scan.

Cpu Core Voltage is 1.280V
Cpu Cache Voltage is 1.200V (flucuating)
CPU Input Voltage is 1.920V
Clock is 4375Mhz
Multiplier is 35x
QPI is 125Mhz

Whilst idling (either in the BIOS or on a Windows desktop with nothing running) the CPU idles at (average) 42C.

Is this a normal idle temp ?

(Worth noting that when running the System Stability test in AIDA64 it goes up to around 75-80C)

Any advice would be much appreciated please.

Ya those temps look just fine with that setup.

I also have the 5820k running at 4345Mhz at 1.27 volts with the Krakin X41 my temps are almost identical to yours.

No worries mate your fine.

That's great to know - cheers :)

I thought it was OK as I run Crysis 3 at 1920x1200 on max settings and the temps only sort of break 50's. (EVGA gtx-980SC and 16Gb DDR4 Corsair Vengance)
