Are ata133 HD's compatable with ata100 interface?

Yes, it's backwards compatible and will work fine. There was very little (if any) actual differences in performance between the two.
 
Yea. Hell most vendors didn't even support ata 133. It was no faster then the normal ata100. You will not even notice a difference.
