Are all monitors created equal?

I purchased three Dell U2410's for eyefinity. While they look great I notice each monitor has a separate hue -one is slightly yellow, another brighter, and one a tad darker/blue. This is not noticeable during game play, but if you stretch a white web page across all three at once you can notice it.

Are all monitors equal or will the each be slightly different?

If this bothers you, you should consider calibrating the monitors.

but shouldn't they all be the same out of the box? or are they each different based off of the manufacturing process?

I love my i1d2 calibrator. They're pretty cheap now too.
